Payments for locked orders are sent on the first and third Monday of each month.
An order locks 30 days after the order date. This is when digital products are no longer refundable and when a reasonable amount of time has elapsed for services (e.g. custom training programs, online coaching, etc.).
For example, if an order is placed on January 20, 2023 it will lock on February 19. February 20 is the third Monday in February and payment for that order will be sent then.
If an order is placed on January 22, 2023 it will lock on February 21. Payment for this order will be sent on the first Monday of March, which is March 6.
