How to Add an Online Coaching Service Product

How to Add Online Coaching Service Products

1. Start within your store's admin section.
2. Within the Products dropdown, select Product Listings
3. Select Add Product
4. Enter the product name
5. Select a product type - you'll want to select "Online Coaching Services"
6. Enter a product description
7. Enter a product policy
8. Add your price
9. Decide if you want to track inventory (you probably do - this is the number of clients you can take on)
10. Select "digital product as service"
11. Fill in as many custom fields as you want (mandatory fields will be marked)
12. Add product images up to 1024 x 1024 pixels.
13. Select "Edit Options" within the Variant Details section and rename "Title" to "Coaching length"
14. Edit the name of the first variant you added to indicate the length of the coaching engagement being purchased.
15. If needed, add variants for various lengths of coaching offered and set their prices accordingly.

We strongly recommend enabling FAQs for your products so users can ask you questions before placing an order.

Deciding How Much Inventory to Make Available

Please note that inventory is calculated per variant.

So if you have 5 coaching slots and you allocate 5 inventory units across 3 different variants, that will actually create 5 x 3 = 15 inventory units. 

To avoid accidentally overbooking yourself, we recommend that the total amount of inventory across all variants does not exceed your actual inventory levels.
