This product will include customized training through an app called Trainerize. We will have an initial Facetime in which we discuss your goals, frequency you are available to train, what type of training you have previously done and what equipment you have access to. 

We will also discuss what macronutrients you need to aim for in order to hit your goals and how to track them. 

We will have 3-5 check-ins via text/week and a Facetime at the end of the month.
